One of the challenges of starting a business is to deliver quality customer service on a tight budget and a small staff. Between juggling business meetings, marketing, and day-to-day business operations, it’s not always possible to give clients the time and quality service they deserve. Our virtual receptionists carry out all the duties of a virtual live receptionist from our Irvine location.
How does this Service Work?
Once clients are subscribed to our Live Receptionist and Business Phone Number Services, they can set up a list of phone numbers and departments that our staff can patch calls through to. Our friendly receptionists will then answer and direct client calls to the appropriate department. If no one is available in the desired department, our staff will then direct clients to voice mail. Clients will then receive voicemail messages via email.
What if no Receptionists are Available?
In the off chance that none of our receptionists are available to take calls, client phone calls will be answered with an automated assistant where clients can reach their desired department.
What Hours are Receptionists Available?
Our live receptionists are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
